Frida's Hosta.com is a family owned and operated business in the Quad Cities, USA. The Quad Cities are located along the Mississippi River approximately halfway between Chicago, Illinois, and Des Moines, Iowa. Our commercial location, GardentownUSA, is a renovated, century-old greenhouse located at 3324 Diehn Avenue in Davenport, Iowa. Visit us soon!
We specialize in hostas and have growing fields in Iowa and Illinois. Our main business is selling quality, farm-grown hostas to gardeners and landscapers via mail order and right here on the World Wide Web. Growing and selling hostas is our labor of love! This is why we prefer to send live plants in their glory . . . not the assembly line, bare root version. At present, we have more than 700 different hosta varieties available! If you need a hard-to-find hosta and you don't see it on our list we probably have it growing in our gardens or we can track it down for you. Frida's Hosta.com is a member of the American Hosta Society and the Mississippi Valley Hosta Association in Region 5.
